L’auteur de l’article, Arnaud Vernay, souligne la diminution du nombre de licenciés à la Fédération Suisse de Judo & de Ju-Jitsu. Arnaud Vernay et son collègue David Sueur sont membres du groupe de travail mixte « Licences et services », qui aide la FSJ à redéfinir le système de licences.
